On Monday, 22 June 2026, the police institution responsible for security in the Sabana region released the identities of eight people who are among the region's most wanted fugitives. The suspects are accused of serious crimes including murder, femicide and illegal trafficking of psychoactive substances in Bogotá-Region and neighbouring municipalities.
The authorities have allocated a sum of twenty million Colombian pesos for each of the fugitives, totalling 160 million, for those who provide information that leads to locating them and executing their arrest.

Jorge Rey, the top official of the Cundinamarca department, stated that the fugitives are part of large-scale organisations dedicated to drug trafficking. Each of the eight individuals has a valid judicial arrest warrant for their alleged involvement in violent incidents.
The authorities' call is for active participation from citizens so that these individuals are found and answer to the courts.
