Video from the D1 motorway captured the driver of a luxury BMW who abandoned the vehicle whilst driving and filmed himself on his mobile phone. Police are investigating the incident.

Social media was flooded with video footage capturing a dangerous drive on the D1 motorway. The occupants of a luxury BMW vehicle put the lives of all road traffic participants at risk.
The driver in the left lane activated the driving assistant and completely released the steering wheel. He then climbed out through the sunroof of the moving car in order to film footage on his mobile phone.
Other members of the vehicle's occupants meanwhile responded with loud laughter and vulgar expressions. The group's behaviour provoked a massive wave of outrage and criticism on the internet.
The Czech police have already begun investigating the case. Investigators are examining the specific circumstances of the incident and the identity of all persons involved.
