According to iDNES.cz, investors are seeking damage compensation from the prosecuted manager exceeding a quarter of a billion crowns — specifically approximately 240 million crowns.
The company's authorised representative quantified the damage at this point and stated that Radil was allegedly to have spent part of the funds without the company's consent on expensive studies abroad. This item is among the key points of the indictment.
