A fifty-five-year-old man appeared before court in Pilsen facing charges of raping an acquaintance in 2018. According to the indictment, he bound the victim, raped her and burned her intimate areas with a stun gun. The accused is now a disabled man without both legs.
Court hears case of rape and stun gun attack in Pilsen region
A fifty-five-year-old Václav L. appeared before the District Court in Pilsen facing charges of raping an acquaintance in the autumn of 2018. According to the state prosecutor, he bound the woman, raped her and burned her intimate areas with a stun gun. The court proceedings are complicated by the testimony of the victim.
At the time of the alleged offence, the accused still had both legs. He is now a disabled man without lower limbs. He previously appeared before court for the rape of another woman, for which he served a prison sentence. Before beginning his prison term in 2019, he had allegedly sent the victim images of women disfigured by acid attacks.
