A man from Jyderup has admitted in court in Holbæk to assisting in concealing 8.6 million kroner from criminal activities.

A 37-year-old man from Jyderup has admitted in the District Court in Holbæk to his role in cleaning 8.6 million kroner.
According to DR, he made his accounts available and forwarded PIN codes by text message so that the millions could be transferred to foreign accounts. The money is believed to have come from criminal activities.
The judge has sentenced him to two years in prison, of which only three months is unconditional. He must also complete 300 hours of community service and has received a warning that he may be deported from the country.
The man has taken time to consider his options. Two other defendants in the same case are to have their case heard in court at a later date.
