65-year-old man remanded in custody for incest and abuse of daughter in Randers
A 65-year-old man has been remanded in custody for four weeks following charges of incest, rape and indecent assault of his daughter. The man denies guilt.

Man charged with sexual abuse of daughter from 2012 to 2014
A 65-year-old man was remanded in custody for four weeks on Monday by Randers Court. He is charged with incest, rape and indecent assault of his daughter between 2012 and 2014, according to B.T.
The bail hearing began at 09.30 and took place behind closed doors, so the press was not present during the hearing itself. The prosecution had previously demanded that the man be remanded in custody.
The court has also imposed a reporting restriction on the case, which means it is a criminal offence to publish information that could identify the accused.
Arrest followed TV 2 programme
The man was arrested on Tuesday at 10 o'clock following new information that emerged in connection with the TV 2 programme "Daddy's Little Girl", in which his three daughters participate. The police stated that the victim daughter was allegedly around 12 years old when the alleged sexual abuse took place.
In the programme, one daughter renews contact with her father and records him secretly in order to get him to admit to the abuse. All three daughters speak in the programme about alleged abuse committed by their father. According to TV 2, however, it is not the daughter who renewed contact who is the victim in the new case.
Earlier cases ended without conviction
It is not the first time the man has come to the attention of the police. In the 1990s he was acquitted, according to TV 2, in a case in which he was charged with sexual abuse of a daughter who was seven years old at the time. He was subsequently also reported for possible abuse of his two other minor daughters, but these cases never reached court.
The authorities also received several notifications of possible abuse of the girl in the current case from 2013 onwards, TV 2 has previously reported.
Defence lawyer: Client subjected to pressure
The man's defence lawyer, Lasse Hummelhoff Frandsen, rejected to TV 2 after the arrest that abuse has taken place. He described the secret recordings as "considerable pressure to confirm a particular account of the past" and emphasised that his client denies guilt.
