A years-long criminal case against two general practitioners shows no sign of ending, despite the district court having already issued a ruling. Teit Reuther and Jonas Hertz, who previously operated a medical practice on Jægersborg Allé, were found guilty of serious fraud in mid-May.
The verdict comes after an investigation lasting more than half a decade. The prosecution has brought charges against the two former clinic owners for extensive financial misconduct in connection with the operation of the practice.
However, the parties have now chosen not to let the matter rest. They are attempting to have the decision overturned through a higher court, which could mean that the legal process continues for many more years to come.
The case has been closely followed by the public for some time.
