Danish police are investigating whether there may be additional suspects who have been involved in the fatal assault on Christian Zedig. This is confirmed by police in an email to P4 Jönköping.
The 32-year-old police officer was beaten to death when, according to reports, he attempted to stop a fight at a bar in connection with a World Cup match. A 31-year-old man is already in custody, suspected of assault.
The investigation now focuses on clarifying the circumstances surrounding the assault, and investigators are examining whether there may be multiple perpetrators involved.
