Fyns Police seized over 2,000 illegal single-use vapes in private residence
A search of a private residence in Marslev in north-east Funen has resulted in Fyns Police seizing a large number of single-use electronic cigarettes. According to DR, officers found over 2,000 puff bars and a larger sum of cash during the operation.
The police received an anonymous tip, which led to the search. The authorities suspect that the many single-use vapes have been brought into the country from abroad for the purpose of resale.
The investigation is being conducted in collaboration with the Danish Customs and Tax Authority. So far, the police have not charged anyone in the case.
