Two young women have been arrested and remanded in custody in a case where a hand grenade caused serious injuries to a man.

A 31-year-old man was seriously injured on Monday following an explosion on Amager. Two women aged 22 and 26 are now being held in isolation, suspected of having delivered the explosive device.
The older of the two is to remain in custody for 26 days, whilst the younger has been remanded for 13 days. Investigators believe that the women handed a hand grenade to a male co-perpetrator on a car park near a discount store in Skovlunde.
Police have previously remanded two men in the case. They are charged with attempted murder and deny all accusations.
The victim of the explosion, a man in his 30s, was taken for treatment for serious injuries. Authorities have not disclosed further details about his current condition.
