Drug cooking point dismantled in Vigo: one arrested and heroin seized
The National Police dismantled a drug sales and production point on Aragón Street in Vigo, with one person arrested and 30 grammes of heroin seized.

The National Police dismantled a drug sales and "cooking" point in the area surrounding Aragón Street in Vigo on Thursday 27 August, according to Google News ES — Crime (es). The operation resulted in one arrest and the seizure of several illegal substances along with production equipment.
The operation took place around 12:00 hours. Investigators entered the property with prior judicial authorisation and received support from the Prevention and Reaction Unit (UPR) of the Vigo-Redondela Police Station to carry out the entry and search.
Inside the property, substances were found in various locations: 30 grammes of heroin, 42 grammes of hashish and 2 grammes of cocaine, in addition to 1,000 euros in cash. Officers also located tools typical of "cooking": containers, heating instruments, cutting equipment and other objects commonly used in the preparation of doses.
One person was arrested on suspicion of drug trafficking and taken to police premises for the relevant proceedings. On Friday morning, the person was brought before a judge. The investigation remains open.
