National Police in Soria arrested a man accused of committing sexual abuse against a young woman, his niece, during the early hours of last Saturday. The minor managed to flee and alert the authorities.

Officers from the security force attached to the capital of Soria arrested a man as the alleged perpetrator of a sexual attack against a teenager who had not yet turned 18 years old. There is a family relationship between the two: the young woman is the niece of the arrested man.
The incident occurred in the early hours of last Saturday. The minor was in her relative's home when he began to touch the girl's private parts, ignoring her explicit refusal, as stated in the information note issued by the law enforcement agency.
Faced with the aggressor's persistence, the young woman managed to leave the home and took refuge in a neighbour's house. From there she contacted the emergency services.
After taking the victim's account, the officers located the alleged perpetrator in a short time. They carried out the arrest and took him to the police station facilities.
Following the conclusion of police procedures, the arrested man was handed over to the competent investigating court in the city of Soria so that the corresponding legal proceedings could be initiated.
