A large-scale brawl at the entrance of a leisure venue on Puebla Street in Palencia city left three people injured in the early hours of the morning, at least two of them with wounds caused by sharp objects. According to sources from the emergency services 1-1-2 collected by ABC, the alert was received just after midnight.
The person reporting described a group assault with multiple injured parties, among whom were individuals with bladed weapon injuries. From the control centre, the Local Police, officers from the National Police Corps, and a Sacyl healthcare team consisting of a mobile intensive care unit and a basic life support ambulance were mobilised.
At the scene, medical professionals attended to three young people aged approximately 25. Two men were evacuated in the resuscitation unit to Palencia Healthcare Complex, whilst a woman travelled by ambulance to the same hospital. Their state of health has not been specified by the authorities.
Law enforcement have opened an investigation to determine the exact circumstances of the altercation and locate those responsible for the violence.
