After offering her a glass of water, which she allegedly refused, he allegedly led her to his bedroom under the pretext of watching the clip. On the bed, he allegedly approached her, tipped her backwards, grabbed her by the neck and tore her trousers. The alleged victim reportedly managed to push him away with her legs, left the premises hastily. As she fled, she allegedly heard hostile language.
Two days later, the artist allegedly called again, proposing dinner to "make up for" the evening. In the face of successive refusals, he allegedly made threats about her professional future. She allegedly then stopped answering.
At the time, the young woman allegedly mentioned her visit to people close to her, but without revealing the violence she had suffered. Her agent allegedly downplayed the incident. She allegedly kept the damaged garment and remained silent for years.
It was upon discovering on television the testimony of another complainant, represented by the same lawyer, that she allegedly chose to break her silence. According to her lawyer, the circumstances closely resemble those described by the other alleged victim, at a property owned by the artist located in the Vaucluse. The case is now in the hands of the justice system.
