According to the court's findings, the perpetrator – Eryk W. – seized a blade and began inflicting wounds on the victim. Following the attack, he wrapped his colleague's body in plastic bags intended for disposing of waste.
As a result of the court proceedings, Eryk W. was found guilty of committing murder. The judges imposed a sentence of 17 years in prison.
