A dangerous road incident occurred in Trzebucz, in Mazovian Voivodeship. A twenty-year-old resident of Siedlce County got behind the wheel of a vehicle that should not have been on the road. The car was in a dire technical condition – the roof had been cut off, giving it the appearance of a convertible.

The man had no driving licence whatsoever. Nevertheless, he decided to set out. At one point he lost control of the steering wheel and caused a collision.

Following the incident, he did not provide assistance or call the emergency services. Instead, he left the scene of the accident and walked away.

Police officers quickly established his identity. Officers arrested him at the location where he spent his time on a daily basis. The man will face charges for driving without required documentation and for causing a hazard on the road.
