New findings in investigation into Łukasz Litewka's death
The Regional Prosecutor's Office in Sosnowiec has received the results of additional expert examinations in the case of the tragic accident in which Łukasz Litewka died. Investigators received an opinion from comprehensive toxicology analysis of material collected from the driver responsible for the collision.
The prosecutor's office also received analysis of the mobile phone belonging to the suspect. As prosecutor Bartosz Kilian, spokesman for the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Sosnowiec, told Onet portal, the tests show that the device was not in use at the moment of the traffic incident.
Prosecutor Kilian also provided clarification regarding further details of the ongoing proceedings.
