During a Thursday hearing at the Warsaw-Śródmieście District Court in the case of the tragic accident on Trasa Łazienkowska, a paramedic testified that the injured person's behaviour was "strange" and that "it was clear the patient was acting suspiciously".

On Thursday, another hearing took place at the Warsaw-Śródmieście District Court concerning the tragic incident on Trasa Łazienkowska. A paramedic testified in court – he had provided assistance on the night of the accident to one of the injured, an acquaintance of Łukasz Żak.
The emergency services officer described the patient's behaviour as atypical. The man claimed he did not know what had happened or how he ended up there. According to the paramedic, the injuries the victim sustained did not suggest he had been struck by a car in the middle of the night on a fast-moving traffic route.
"It was clear the patient was acting suspiciously," the paramedic testified before the court, cited by Onet.pl.
The trial is being held in the case of an accident that occurred on Trasa Łazienkowska in Warsaw. Łukasz Żak died as a result of the incident.
