Human foetal remains have been discovered in Lutoryż near Rzeszów. In connection with this case, a prosecutor has issued an order for the arrest of 57-year-old Magdalena H., who was previously the owner of the plot of land where the macabre discovery was made.
The woman was arrested in Zamość on Wednesday morning, the district prosecutor's office in Rzeszów announced. Magdalena H. is a doctor. Investigators have not revealed details concerning the circumstances in which the remains were found on the plot of land, nor the number of foetal remains discovered.
The case is in the initial investigation stage. The prosecutor's office is conducting proceedings, the scope and direction of which will be clarified during further investigative actions.
