Karolina Staros, spokesperson for the Warsaw-Praga Regional Prosecutor's Office, has announced that one of those detained in connection with the series of false alarms has been charged with involvement in two incidents from May of this year.
Investigators are examining the case of false alarms, which in May affected many locations in Poland, including the apartment of Karol Nawrocki's mother in Gdańsk. The prosecutor's office previously announced the detention of three young men.
The proceedings are being conducted with regard to participation in an organised criminal group and triggering false alarms. Investigators are not ruling out any scenario, including possible involvement of foreign services.
