The shooting took place on Wednesday on Królowej Jadwigi Street in Biała Podlaska, near the intersection with Terebelska Street. An unknown perpetrator fired several shots at a man passing through the area. Despite the immediate response of emergency services, the victim died at the scene.
The incident occurred in Lublin Voivodeship. According to accounts from people in the vicinity, the attacker opened fire on the victim, then fled the scene.
Officers of the Municipal Police Headquarters in Biała Podlaska immediately launched a wide-ranging search operation. Police appeal to all persons who may have any information about the course of events or the identity of the perpetrator to contact the nearest unit urgently.
Authorities emphasise that any tip could prove key to apprehending the dangerous criminal. The perpetrator remains at large, and the manhunt continues.
