In the night from Friday to Saturday, the body of a 75-year-old man was found by one of the national roads in the town of Młynki in Pomerania. Officers detained a young man who, according to investigators, may be connected to the death of the pensioner.

In the night from Friday to Saturday, in the area of the town of Młynki, the body of a seventy-five-year-old man was found. The body was lying by one of the national roads in Pomerania – reported the Polish Press Agency, with the account cited by Wprost.
Police officers from the District Police Headquarters in Chojnice immediately commenced actions aimed at establishing the circumstances of death. It was quickly determined that a young man might be able to help in the investigation, and a decision was made to locate him. Officers published an appeal for assistance on the internet, providing a description of the person being sought: dark green hoodie, black leather jacket, black footwear, dark cap with a peak, and socks with a cannabis leaf pattern.
The search was concluded successfully on the same day. The arrest took place in the Gdańsk area. The officers thanked internet users for circulating the notice and providing information, which contributed to the apprehension of the suspect.
For now, police have not disclosed details concerning the causes of death of the 75-year-old or any possible motive for the actions of the arrested man. Further proceedings are being conducted under the supervision of the prosecution.
