Fraud with fake tax official in Domokos: four arrests and €37,000 seized
Four perpetrators were arrested in Domokos for fraud involving a "fake" tax official. Over €37,000 and jewellery that were returned to the victim were seized.
Four arrests for fraud with fake tax official in Phthiotis
Four people — three men and one woman — were arrested in Domokos, Phthiotis following a fraud in which the perpetrator presented himself as a tax official, as reported by protothema.gr.
Officers from Domokos Police Station were mobilised immediately when the deception was reported and located the perpetrators within a few hours.
During the arrest, more than €37,000 was seized as well as jewellery, which was immediately returned to its rightful owner.
