The nine defendants implicated in a case involving an illegal pharmaceutical manufacturing laboratory have been released with restrictive conditions. According to information from Naftemporiki, the pharmacist described as the "leader" of the group was released on condition of reporting to the police station and paid a cash guarantee of €50,000.
The same individual is reported to have claimed before the authorities that the drug manufacturing process was entirely lawful. The remaining eight co-defendants were also released with restrictive conditions. One of them was required to pay a guarantee of €1,000.
