Police from the Crime Prevention and Suppression Unit (OПКЕ) arrested a well-known trapper in Oropos who was illegally in possession of a pistol with five bullets. The artist was released on bail.

A recognisable artist from the Greek trap music scene was arrested by police from the Crime Prevention and Suppression Unit (OПКЕ) in Oropos, after being found to be illegally in possession of a loaded pistol.
According to reporting by Star, the officers conducted a random check on a parked luxury vehicle worth €200,000. During the check, they discovered a weapon on the floor beneath the front passenger seat containing five 9-millimetre bullets.
When questioned, the musician admitted that he had purchased the pistol one and a half years ago from a person of Afghan origin in the Omonia area for €5,000. He claimed that he had obtained it for the purposes of filming a music video, but had never declared it to the authorities.
Subsequently, the police conducted a search of his home. There they found two 9-millimetre magazines. The trapper maintained that he had taken these as a memento from a shooting club.
Ultimately, the accused was released after paying a bail amount of €5,000. He was also given the condition of having to report to the local police station.
