According to reporting by Alpha, the two minors threw firecrackers onto a plot of land that had dry grass and was located next to a road, resulting in the vegetation catching fire. The scene was captured in audiovisual footage, which shows the children running and a few minutes later flames breaking out.
Following an investigation, the authorities located the minors and arrested them, and also proceeded to bring in their parents for questioning.
