Officers from Tczew police station have concluded their search for the last of three men linked to a robbery in the city's vicinity. The 45-year-old fell into the hands of traffic police officers during a routine road check – according to Pomorska Police.
The evidence gathered made it possible to charge the man with participation in a robbery. The prosecutor filed a motion for the suspect's temporary detention. The court granted this request and ordered three months' remand.
Earlier in the same case, two other participants in the crime were arrested. Both were also remanded in custody for a period of three months on the basis of court decisions.
In total, all three men whom investigators linked to the robbery have been deprived of liberty pending the conclusion of proceedings. Their fate will be decided by the court on the basis of the evidence gathered.
Details of the crime itself and information about the victims have not been made public due to the ongoing investigation.
