Large brawl in Kinna town centre – car destroyed and man bitten on cheek

During the night of Saturday at 01.30, police received several calls about a large altercation in Kinna town centre, reports markbladet.se. According to information received by police, around a dozen people were involved.
The altercation reportedly started at a bar and then continued at the bus station.
– We receive information that around a dozen people stopped a car and smashed it up. We also receive information that someone was chased by several people, says Jennifer Last, police spokesperson.
The exact sequence of events remains unclear. Two assault reports have been filed, and among the injuries there is a notable element.
– Someone was bitten on the cheek, Last states.
Police arrived quickly at the scene. A number of people then left the area, but some remained and were able to be identified.
– All of them are men aged 20–25, says Last.
There is no information indicating that any of those involved required hospital treatment as a result of the altercation.
